Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipments are usually sent through USPS Priority Mail in flat rate, padded envelopes unless otherwise specified. Typically, they arrive in 2-3 business days.
If the tracking for your package isn't updating, please note that we occasionally purchase postage and issue tracking numbers several days prior to items actually shipping.
Shipments sent internationally are sent through USPS Priority Mail International in flat rate, padded envelopes. Delivery time depends on a variety of factors, including the destination country and delays with customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate individual customs requests (marking as "gift", etc).
Returns / Warranty
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items except in cases where the item is D.O.A (dead on arrival). If you have received a pair of BlackPods and they do not function correctly, please contact us and we will help resolve your issue. Our return policy does not apply to issues of cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic.
